We are sure you have already looked at possible prevention measures in relation to Coronavirus and are looking to reassure your clients and staff that you are doing everything you can to ensure their safety at work.
Construction Clean have a tried and tested system that can not only kill this virus but is able to be applied incredibly quickly and with no effect on anything within an office environment. Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) testing can be carried out to show the efficacy of our product’s ability to destroy viruses including the latest Coronavirus, norovirus, influenza viruses and bacteria such as Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) within 2 minutes or less.
Construction Cleans process is able to:
· Give total 360-degree coverage of all surfaces;
· Provide a 4 times more effective clean than traditional cleaning processes;
· Reach surfaces outside the line of site;
· Kill the Coronavirus, MRSA and norovirus in 2 minutes (or less);
· Produce a one-step disinfecting function.
Our mobile equipment supersaturates the atmosphere with a disinfectant fog for a minimum of 15–30 minutes. After fogging we allow the droplets to settle out of the air and onto the surfaces. A typical decontamination cycle consists of four phases of a steady injection and re-circulation of the vaporised chemical maintaining the concentration within the area.
As part of our Coronavirus risk assessment, could you please let us know what measures are in place regarding Coronavirus in light of recent advice & developments, in particular, what advice have you given your cleaners to ensure their effectiveness eg: that high-risk areas (door handles etc) are receiving particular attention?
All of our cleaning and operational staff are instructed to ensure that all touch points such as door handles, tables and desks, as well as all hygiene areas, are cleaned thoroughly using our cleaning and sanitising products. This is part of our standard operating procedure, however during the current Coronavirus outbreak we are increasing the time given to these areas to ensure the best possible protection.
In light of the recent “panic stock buying”, what is your assurance that you have both stock & contingency in place for cleaning materials?
We are aware of the “panic buying” however, this has been in the public domain rather than in the cleaning industry. We have sufficient stock in place and an extremely robust supply chain, strengthened as a result of previous exposure to outbreaks before, such as H1N1.
Do you have provision / contingency for staff cover if cleaners are taken ill or are absent due to self-isolation?
We have provision and access to staff should the need arise to cover such eventualities.
